Privacy and data

The short version

Narrowforge Intrastat Europe uses Shopify order and fulfilment data to prepare dispatch lines for a merchant's

review. It stores reporting configuration, product profiles, movement results, issue states and

finalized period snapshots needed for the workflow. It does not file declarations, sell customer

data or use it for advertising.

Data received from Shopify

The app requests the minimum fields needed for dispatch preparation:

• Store and installation identifiers.
• Order and fulfilment identifiers, names, dates, currency and refund identifiers.
• Destination country code and fulfilment location identifiers.
• Line-item, product and variant identifiers, titles, SKU, quantity, shipping requirement, gift-card flag and weight where available.
• Discounted line values used for review totals.

The sync does not request customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers or street-address

lines.

Data you enter and records the app derives

You may enter the reporting country, VAT or tax identifiers, legal details, location mappings,

transport defaults, CN8 codes, origin, net mass, supplementary quantities, counterparty VAT

details and threshold confirmations. The app derives periods, calculated values, readiness and

issue states, declaration snapshots, export hashes, webhook or job status and audit metadata.

Retention windows

• Shopify sessions and access-token records last until expiry or app uninstall.
• Product-profile import previews expire after 15 minutes.
• Completed or failed job, sync and webhook metadata is cleaned after 90 days.
• Movements, product profiles, configuration and finalized reporting history remain while the store

needs them for the service. A verified deletion request or Shopify's shop/redact event removes

the tenant and its cascading records.

Deletion and support

Uninstalling revokes Shopify access, removes session records and stops queued work. A verified

request can delete stored operational data through the data deletion page, and

Shopify's shop/redact lifecycle event removes the tenant and its cascading app data.
