Getting started with Intrastat Europe

What this product does

Intrastat Europe prepares dispatch data from your Shopify orders for Spanish reporting workflows. It maps eligible orders to dispatch lines, groups them by month, flags missing data and produces a structured export.

It does not file declarations with any authority. Filing stays in your existing workflow.

What you need

• A Shopify store with orders shipping to other EU member states.
• Product weights maintained where possible (missing weights are flagged, not guessed).
• A reporting month to review.

First review in four steps

1. Install the app and accept only the requested order-read scopes.
2. Open the current period and check the dispatch candidate count.
3. Resolve flagged lines — usually missing weight or destination data.
4. Export the CSV and reconcile it with your finance workflow.

What good looks like

A clean month has zero unresolved flags, totals that reconcile with your order export, and an archived CSV your advisor can open without questions.

Keep one export per month, named by period. Future you will be grateful during an audit.
