Exporting data

Review first, export second

1. Select the reporting month.
2. Check the totals: line count, aggregate value, aggregate mass.
3. Open flagged lines and fix the underlying order or product data.
4. Export only when flags are resolved or explicitly accepted.

The export

The CSV contains one row per dispatch line with stable columns:

• Period and order reference.
• Partner member state.
• Statistical value and net mass.
• Quantity and commodity reference where configured.

Reconciliation

Before sending anything to your advisor:

• Reconcile the line count against your own order export for the month.
• Keep the exported file with your monthly records.
• Re-export rather than hand-editing the CSV — the app is the source of truth for that month.

It is not a filed declaration, not legal advice and not a guarantee of threshold status. It is a structured, reviewable starting point.
