Reporting flow
Set whether you report dispatches from Spain. Arrivals are out of scope for this app — the UI says so explicitly rather than guessing.
Exclusions
Exclude what should never become a dispatch line:
- Domestic orders (same-country, automatic).
- Refunded or cancelled orders, per your policy.
- Specific SKUs such as gift cards or digital goods.
Commodity details
Intrastat lines need commodity-relevant mass and value logic. Configure:

|---|---|
| Default net mass | Used only where you explicitly allow a fallback; otherwise the line is flagged |
| Value basis | Which order value feeds the statistical value |
| Partner country | Derived from shipping destination; manual override per line |
Thresholds
Threshold helpers remind you where you stand relative to filing obligations. They are helpers, not legal determination. Confirm obligations with your advisor.
