Uninstalling and deletion

Uninstalling the app revokes its Shopify access and triggers the app's uninstall handling. Shopify order and draft-order records created before uninstall remain Shopify records owned by the merchant; uninstall does not delete them.

To request deletion of stored batch data, mapping templates, reports or operational records, use the data deletion page or contact support. Include the store domain and the relevant batch reference, but do not send secrets.

Deletion requests are verified and handled within the scope of data controlled by Bulk Gift Orders. Data already written to Shopify is handled through Shopify's own merchant controls and policies.
