Uninstalling and deletion

Remove Approval Desk from a Jira site and understand what happens to app data.

Uninstall from Jira

  1. Open Jira administration for the site.
  2. Open Apps and locate Approval Desk – Bulk Approvals for JSM.
  3. Choose Uninstall and confirm in Atlassian.

Uninstalling revokes the app's access to the site. Forge Storage associated with the installation is removed according to Atlassian's app-uninstallation policies. The native JSM requests and approval history remain in Jira; Approval Desk does not own or delete them.

Request deletion or ask a question

Use the support form for a privacy or deletion question. Include the Jira site URL and the account email needed for a reply, but never include a password, token or full request export.

Files or screenshots you already downloaded remain in your own systems. Review them under your organisation's retention policy.

Reinstalling

Reinstalling creates a new authorised connection to the Jira site. Configuration is not assumed to be available after uninstall; an administrator should configure the service projects, request types and context again.
