Read-only boundary
What License Radar does not do.
It never removes or suspends users, changes groups, revokes product access, edits Jira permissions, changes customer configuration or changes billing. It can recommend a review; your team decides what happens outside the app.
Activity dates come from visible Jira issue updates. They are not login data, and a missing date is insufficient evidence rather than proof that access was never used.

Is License Radar read-only?
Yes. It reads the installed Jira site and stores analysis records in the app's Forge storage. It does not remove or suspend users, change groups, revoke access, edit permissions or change billing.
License Radar for JiraDoes it know when someone last logged in?
No. The activity signal is based on Jira issue updates visible through the supported APIs. It is not Atlassian's organisation-wide login or last-active metric.
License Radar for JiraDoes it prove how a product was assigned?
No. License Radar can show application-role access and observed group membership when returned by Jira, but it does not claim a causal group-to-product path when the API has not proved one.
License Radar for JiraAre savings guaranteed?
No. Amounts are estimates based on reference or administrator-provided costs and the access visible in the scan. They describe cost associated with access worth reviewing, not a confirmed invoice saving.

Free provides a useful first review with up to 50 analysed users, a fixed 90-day signal, a bounded candidate view and reference pricing. Pro adds the full review workflow, complete results, custom assumptions, exports, history and renewal tools.
