Status
ReadyGate is planned. This page describes intent so early evaluators know what to expect. Behaviour is finalised per release and recorded in the changelog.
Idea
Attach readiness rules to the Jira transitions that matter — required fields, links, approvals — so issues only move forward when the context is actually there.
Planned rule model
- Rules attach to a transition, not to the whole project.
- Each rule names what it checks and what message the user sees.
- A preview mode tests rules against real issues before enforcement.
