What Fresto does

Fresto lets customers order ahead from neighbourhood shops, traditional markets and local services, then pick the order up without queueing. Each shop keeps its own catalogue and identity; Fresto adds the mobile ordering channel.

Order in four steps

  1. Find a shop. Open Fresto and browse nearby shops by category, or scan the QR at the shopfront to open that store directly.
  2. Build the order. Choose products and quantities. For fresh products, pick the preparation the shop offers — whole, cut, ready to eat — and any ripening preference.
  3. Pay in the app. Payment is confirmed before the shop starts preparing the order. Any service fee is shown before paying.
  4. Pick it up. The order is prepared for the agreed time. Collect it at the shop, market stall or service without joining the queue.

What you can order

  • Products from each shop's own catalogue, priced and managed by the business.
  • Fresh goods with preparation options and ripening notes where the shop offers them.
  • Bookable services — appointments with a duration, price and capacity — from local businesses that publish them.

Limits

  • Fresto is pickup-first; it is not a delivery platform.
  • It does not replace your usual payment methods or the shop's own tools.
  • Prices, catalogue and preparation options are defined by each business, not by Fresto.
