NarrowForge Commission Ledger
Getting started
NarrowForge Commission Ledger turns the order data already in Shopify into a reproducible, reviewable commission calculation. Merchants define finite rules, assign orders or customers to sales reps, calculate an open period, inspect every entry, add reasoned adjustments and lock the result. It records a paid state but never moves money, runs payroll or changes a locked period in place.

FAQ
Does Commission Ledger pay sales reps?
No. It calculates, records and exports the ledger. Marking a period paid records a merchant decision; no money moves and there is no payroll integration.
NarrowForge Commission LedgerCan a rule change rewrite an old period?
No. A rule edit creates a new version, and a locked period keeps the version and entries used when it was approved.
NarrowForge Commission LedgerHow are refunds handled after a period is locked?
A later refund becomes a signed clawback adjustment in the next open period instead of silently changing the locked history.
NarrowForge Commission LedgerWhat Shopify customer information is read?
The app uses customer or company identifiers needed for attribution and does not read customer profile fields such as names, email addresses or phone numbers.
